HandBrake is a tool which allows you to transfer movies from your DVDs to your hard drive by converting them to files in the MPEG-4 format. It comes with many useful features amongst which:

• Supports virtually any video format (not only DVDs) as a source

• Decomb filter
• Chapter selection support – you can choose a single chapter to record on your PC instead of the whole DVD
