PeerGuardian is a free firewall, which will protect your computer from various Internet threats. It allows you to block a particular IP address (or a whole range of IP addresses), works with all applications, using the TCP/IP protocols (like most of the file sharing programs), and is spyware and adware free.

PeerGuardian can be launched from the system tray, supports multiple lists, offers automatic updates, and offers password protection as well.
