Backup and organize all your documents, photos, and videos, and access them from any device. You can run this tool on your phone, desktop computer, or a server of your choice.

You can easily synchronize files between your devices with the help of apps for desktop or mobile. You will have all of your data safely in the cloud should your hard disk crash or your phone break. Jottacloud lets you preview and edit Office documents, and collaborate with friends and colleagues in real-time.

The app is a sharable subscription with additional benefits. For only €6,5 per month, you get 1 TB of shared storage for up to 5 members. Jottacloud is a Norwegian company that operates under Norwegian jurisdiction. Norway has some of the strongest privacy laws in the world.

Jottacloud is a Norwegian cloud storage service for both private use and businesses. The service lets you securely copy, synchronize, save, and share files from all of your devices. These files will be safely stored on environmentally friendly servers in Norway or in countries with equivalent or even more rigorous privacy laws. Firms based in the US might be forced to hand over their stored information to the authorities.

Search
Browsing files is super easy. And to make it even more powerful, you can search for files by their name.

Create links
You can generate a public URL for any file in your Jotta cloud account directly in the desktop app.

Restore
Restore files and folders to your new computer. Just select what to restore and Jotta cloud makes it happen.

Bandwidth Control
You can limit the bandwidth used by Jotta cloud for upload and download. This way, you have enough left over for surfing the web.

Scheduled backup
It can perform backup daily backup on a time schedule. This is convenient if you have files that change often, or your computer is busy during work hours.

Note: You can store up to 5 GB of data using a free account.
