Skype Portable is a miniature and portable version of Skype, the famous text chat and VoIP communication app that is currently used by millions of people from all around the world. Even though Skype is available as a 100% FREE application, it still requires users to deploy it on their Windows OS via an official installer that fully integrates this app on your system.
