XnView MP

XnView MP is a powerful and free image viewer designed for easy viewing, editing, and management of photo files.

It supports a wide range of image formats, including JPEG, PNG, TIFF, GIF, WEBP, PSD, JPEG2000, OpenEXR, RAW formats (such as CR2, DNG), HEIC, and even PDFs.
