How to Use

Run the installer and complete the installation

Launch Mailspring from your desktop or start menu

Create a Mailspring ID or sign in with existing account

Connect your email accounts (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)

Customize your preferences and sync settings

Start sending, receiving, and managing emails

Use features like snooze, send later, and templates

Search emails with the advanced search function

Access insights like read receipts and link tracking
