Builder Simulator is a construction simulator that allows users to step into the shoes of a competent construction worker and build new houses from digging foundations to finishing the roof, one brick at a time. The game features an incredible variety of build tools and materials, allowing anyone to quickly learn the basics of home construction and landscape modeling.

And best yet, the entire presentation of this Builder Simulator game is done with a stunning 3D rendering engine that places the player into the eye-catching environment where their new virtual home can be built one step at a time.

There are no shortcuts in this simulation title. Players are placed on the construction lot and given the freedom to explore it and interact with nearby objects from a first-person perspective. On easy difficulty, the game features very handy built-in tutorials that can provide valuable guidance to new players who are not well versed in modern home construction.

On hard difficulty, however, the game will hide all helpful tips and leave players to work by themselves – pick their tools (from all basic to many specialist machines), purchase and take care of raw materials, manually place every brick, and do all jobs on worksite without the help of AI NPC helpers. Manual labor is excellently showcased in this title, allowing the player to make their own concrete, place every brick, and slowly but surely build their dream home from foundation to roof.

As of the time of the writing of this review, developers from Live Motion Games have managed to deploy to the public only a very versatile and content-rich free demo, with the full game still being in development with a wide array of new tools and gameplay features being worked on for a final release.

Still, even in this free demo form, the game manages to deliver an extremely authentic and engaging worksite experience that will attract the attention of both novice PC gamers and seasoned home builders.
