What's new in this version:

Always On Top:
- Added support for configuring the increase/decrease opacity hotkeys independently from the main pin hotkey

Command Palette:
- Fixed context menu actions not appearing for app search results on the main page
- Fixed missing primary context command for items where the extension provides the command after initial load
- Fixed a crash caused by a negative array size when calculating callback counts with disabled providers
- Restored scrolling in the scroll container and updated the scroll-down button to use the correct caret glyph
- Fixed DockWindow resource cleanup to properly dispose its ViewModel and unregister from the messenger when destroyed
- Fixed dock popup crashes caused by accessing unparented popups before XamlRoot is set
- Reduced visual "blinking" artifacts in the dock when Command Palette settings change by avoiding unnecessary backdrop recreation

Keyboard Shortcut Manager:
- Temporarily removed the ability to toggle the Keyboard Manager Service separate from the module for stability improvements
- Added support for whitespace-only shortcuts in new editor

Settings:
- Fixed a PowerToys Run crash caused by a missing PowerDisplay.Lib.dll dependency by decoupling Settings.UI.Library from PowerDisplay.Lib
- Fixed the Settings button on the What's New page opening a blank page instead of the Home page
