What's new in this version:

Report:
- Added the Printable report function, allowing you to have a print-friendly, trimmed down report to share with your customers. You can add comments and your own logo to it!

Report:
- Added the option to include comments to the printable reports. Beware, the comments are lost upon refresh / reopening the report, since we cannot modify the html file itself.

Enterprise:
- Added two new command-line switches, allowing you to add your own logo to the report (for now, only the printable version will show it ) and comments
