The software is an tool that users can either download from the MSI website or via MSI Dragon Center, which allows you to control the RGB LED light effects of MSI & partner products.

MSI Mystic Light Sync is a feature of the software that allows you to easily control all the colors and effects of Mystic Light Sync-compatible products.

Mystic Light Extension is a feature of the program that allows users to control colors and effects of a partner’s product, such as RGB LED Strips, RGB PC Fans, or RGB PC Case, via on-board JRGB / JRainbow / JCorsair pin header. The motherboard, which has an onboard RGB LED and the Extension pin header, is also capable of showing multiple colors and effects.

Change the RGB LED strips lighting?
Go to the Motherboard icon tab in the Mystic Light desktop/laptop app and locate the matched pin-header option, then simply adjust the light as you want.

Sync all the lights from my computer in the tool
Simply click the top-right chain icon to switch all detected devices to sync mode (If the devices are properly selected, the chain icon below each device would be shown in red). Then choose the colors or effects as you want.

Control the intensity and the brightness of the lights in the app
If the component or peripheral supports light speed and brightness adjustment features, go to the component or peripheral icon and find the light speed or brightness bar below.

How to Use

• Download MSI Center software from the official website or FileHorse. Install and reboot your system.
• Launch MSI Center. Click the “Box icon” at the top right side to activate the Feature Set.
• Click the Features Sets Tab and find the “Mystic Light” item.
• Click the Mystic light "Install" icon to set the Mystic light in place.

Detect

• Open Mystic Light in the "Installed" section to enter the utility.
• A list of auto-detected products will be displayed at the top of the control panel.

Customize

• Click the product icon at the top to change the RGB LED light for each product.
• Select any LED style, color, effect, light speed, or brightness you prefer, and click the “Apply” button to save your preference.
• RGB PC Lighting Sync: Click the big chain icon in the upper left corner, and you may sync the RGB LED light effect to all products. The light effect is still adjustable as previous step.
• You can also change settings for a single product. To do that, click the red chain icon under the product icon and turn the chain color to gray. The broken-chain icon indicates the product is not synchronized.

SDK for Developers

MSI Mystic Light SDK allows developers to get access to all of the LED control functions and RGB capabilities of MSI products, such as Motherboard, Graphics Card, Keyboard, Mouse, Headset, etc. Start developing advanced lighting features with Mystic Light SDK.
