- Plugins: WebLyrics - providers list has been updated

Fixed:
- audio converter - MP3 - ignores value of target sampling rate setting, the rate was chosen by the codec
- audio converter - validation issue when renaming a file
- sound engine - DirectSound - does not switch to other device automatically
- Sound engine - VST - changing the sample rate was ignored by some plugins
- sound engine - VST - some transcoding configuration lead to memory corruption
- player - internet radio - information about playing track is not updated in certain cases
- player - internet radio - does not show covers from FLAC streams
- player - the playing track jumps back on saving changes in tags
- playlist - an error occurs when creating a new group for playlist if the playlist is already in any group
- tag editor - incorrect entries sorting by track number column if track total is defined
- tag editor - always re-encode album art to PNG format
- tag editor - FLAC - value of AlbumArtist tag field is not visible in Mp3tag app
