WiFi Mouse is a computer input utility that allows Windows PC users of all knowledge levels to set up their smartphone or tablet as the primary controlling device of any modern desktop or laptop PC, enabling them to wirelessly emulate functions of a trackpad, cursor movement, mouse clicks, touchpad gesture control, drag & drop file management, text selection, text entry and much more.

Consisting of a mobile app and a local windows server app, WiFi Mouse can open brand new ways of interacting with PCs during general productivity use, recreation, and even gaming.

WiFi Mouse Server is distributed online as an automated installer that can be easily deployed on any modern Windows desktop or laptop PC. This app allows its mobile counterpart installed on Android or iOS devices to instantly detect home, school, or work PC, and establish a secure and lag-free connection to it via a local wireless connection. Once the network connection is established, users gain access to take full control of the PC mouse wirelessly, utilizing not only basic commands for mouse manipulation but also trackpad gestures and many other additional features.

Installation steps
  • Download WiFi Mouse App for Android, iPhone or iPad
  • Install Mouse Server on your computer. (After software installation, run Mouse Server with administrator right on Windows® based operating system.)
  • Connect to the same network (Make sure your smart phone and computer are connected to the same network, e.g same WiFi AP.)
Here are steps for uninstall Mouse Server for Windows:
  • Press Windows system key, then select Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
  • Select Mouse server and then select Uninstall.
Since it serves as a driver for a remote network connection from a mobile device, WiFi Mouse Server does not have its own user interface, leaving PC users toonly focus on visual controls that are showcased on the screen of their mobile device.

WiFi Mouse for Windows PC has several modes of operation, enabling users to for example directly control multimedia players such as VLC with a built-in set of playback controls. Text entry in any Windows app can be managed with a smartphone virtual keyboard (with the full support of native device predictive typing, gesture typing, and even voice-to-text feature), and many 3rd party apps can be controlled with custom controls (Spotify, YouTube, Netflix, and even presentation viewers such as PowerPoint).

One of the most exciting modes of use is during gaming sessions, when on-screen controls on mobile devices transform into a virtual gamepad with PlayStation-like DPAD and face buttons, enabling PC gamers to experience exciting games without the presence of a physical gamepad.
