Fernbus Simulator is a driving simulator video game that puts the player into the driving seat of a German autobahn bus driver! Built from the ground up to completely mimic the daily driving experience of German’s FlixBus company, this game allows everyone in the world to learn about various challenges, routes, and environments that bus drivers encounter on a daily basis when driving in Germany.

The playable game area covers not only the autobahn network but also an extensive highway system and 40 detailed cities. In total, this game covers a staggering 20 thousand kilometers of the German road network, making it one of the most impressive realistic driving simulation titles currently on the market.

Long-distance coaches and intercity bus drivers know well how complicated and challenging their daily jobs are. With extensive schedules, congested roads filled with fast car drivers, unexpected road events (traffic jams, constructions areas, accidents…), unforgiving natural elements (night or rain driving), the need to manage tickets of passengers, and the need to drive on time and reach their customers on dozens of stops during every route, modern bus drivers represent one of the crucial elements of public transportation. The game elevates the immersive simulation by also fully implementing dynamic weather and time of day elements, enabling drivers to experience change from day to night in an accelerated 1:10 time scale.

The realistic aspect of the Fernbus Simulator also covers the buses themselves. The various models of FlixBus busses are rendered in exquisite detail, with realistic interiors and exteriors. The cockpit of every bus model has received additional attention, making it a real 1:1 copy of many famous MAN variants that can today be found on Germany’s roads.

In addition to the extensive German road network, this game has also received several optional paid expansions that extend the access roads to the neighboring countries of Belgium and Check, and the ability to purchase several sets of advanced double-decker busses. A single FREE DLC is also offered to all paid users of Fernbus Simulator title – a “Bavarian Castle” expansion that adds the new transport route to the famous 19th-century Bavarian castle located in south Germany’s Alps region.

The game is an advanced driving simulator that can easily capture the attention of both novice and seasoned gamers, providing them with a unique and challenging experience of managing passenger transport routes across beautiful Germany.
