GMetrix SMS (Skill Management System) is an advanced teaching and training platform built to prepare users of various productivity and creative suites for advanced license exams such and becoming a licensed professional with the title Microsoft Office Specialist and others.

This software intends to familiarize users with the apps they are interested to master, provide a wide array of tutorials, lessons, and examples, and prepare them in every way to become ready for final exams. More precisely, GMetrix is simulated testing software that mimics the exact environment that could be found during the actual real-world certification exam.

In addition to providing users with the learning environment for Microsoft Office (versions 2013, 2016, and 2019), it also has full support for evaluating users for a wide array of other program environments such as Adobe CC 2019/2015/2018/2019, Adobe CS9, and for certifications such as Autodesk Certified User (2017-2020), Autodesk Certified Professional (2017-2020), Microsoft Technology Associate, QuickBooks Certified User, Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE), EC-Council Associate and several others.

GMetrix for Windows PC comes in two modes. The first one is dedicated to training and includes a wide array of tests that cover all the knowledge areas that users need to become very well versed in.

The core feature of this mode is a step-by-step examination of all the procedures that have to be performed, and complete answers to all certification questions. The second one is the testing mode where the user’s knowledge will be challenged in numerous tasks that mimic real-world certification exams. This mode features no built-in guides, it is timed, and final evaluation requires the user to be accurate with an 80% success rate or more in order to pass.

Once finished with test exams, users can evaluate their performance, make note of all mistakes they have made, and learn valuable insight into how to improve their performance on real tests. Mock test exams can be used without limits until the user is sure it has mastered all the answers.

The app requires a relatively modest system requirement on PC (dual-core CPU, 2GB of RAM, and half a gigabyte of free storage), but users should be aware that the full installation of the required software on which training will be performed (MS Office Suite, Adobe CC, Premiere Pro, etc.) must be installed. The GMetrix SMS (Skill Management System) supports over 10 international languages and can be used on a wide variety of Windows OS environments (Vista, 7, 8, 10). Older versions of the app also feature support for legacy Windows OS such as Windows XP.
